We believe our client owns 41.5 NRA in a very active location. There are several active permits in surrounding units as well as multiple rigs nearby.
This acreage is in the R. Mtz Unit, with one well on 335 acre spacing, leaving plenty of room for additional wells, creating excellent upside potential.
These mineral rights were recently purchased by our client and we therefore have no royalty income to describe, however the mineral rights are leased and producing monthly royalty income. We have attached the deed from the recent purchase.
All bids should be based upon the attached estimated NRA. If less NRA is proven in title, only the NRA proven in title would convey. Any adjustment over 10% must be mutually agreeable.
