The vast majority of the ownership is in Hemphill County and we believe this owner has 537.66 NRA in Hemphill County in multiple locations. While the seller has ownership in multiple counties, this listing is specifically for her Hemphill county ownership. She is open to selling all of it, but to ensure we can compare offers correctly, the listing is specific to Hemphill, and any additional ownership she has would be negotiated separately.
There is steady royalty income at an average of $2,450/Month and plenty of upside potential in this ownership.
