We have updated the files to include the June 2023 check stub of $8,401. In addition, we updated the average royalty income to reflect $9,638/month. This is based on the last 3 months of production and we feel this number is a more accurate reflection of the current income vs the trailing 12 month which included high checks from 2022. Note that in 2022, this interest was averaging over $15K/month before two new wells came online.

This is an exceptional opportunity to buy some PDP acreage in Wise County Texas.
This ownership includes multiple units providing, including old vertical wells, horizontals just past flush production, and 2 brand new horizontal wells.
If you are bullish long term on gas prices, this is an opportunity to buy some very nice gas production in Wise County operated by BKV. In the attached revenue summary, we are showing $17,127/month on average over the last 12 months.
It appears that all of the horizontal wells are either allocation wells or PSA wells. Looking at the old vertical wells, we would estimate they have around 138 net royalty acres. We are not representing any specific number of net royalty acres for this listing, just providing our estimated number of acres based on the old vertical wells.
As this is a fully PDP deal, all offers should be based upon cash flow alone. There will be no adjustments based on title unless mutually agreeable.
The seller would like to start negotiations at $1,425,000.
