A couple of months ag, I received a mail offer to give me $100,000+ for some mineral rights that I had forgotten I had. My first reaction was this was a scam, but it turned out to be real. I also figured that this offer might not be the best it could be. After some time with the web, it became apparent that this retired engineer was no lawyer and not cabable of dealing with this sale. I went looking for some help. I settled on Texas Royalty Brokers.

I was awed by their work:

— They did everything except me digging through my attic for any history I had and me getting the deed notarized.

— That included researching the needed data that I didn’t have in my attic, putting the listing on whatever market system royalty brokers use, and negotiating with the bidders. The bids were discussed with me before any action.

— The fee was a lot less than I was used to paying folks like lawyers to do things.

— The representative (Emily) that I worked with (over e-mail) was very personable, helpfull, and patient with my ignorance. I feel that we have become good friends.

— The final money sent to me was about $50,xxx more than the original offer. Not bad for around 10 hours on my part.

— The time from my first inquiry to money in the bank account was exactly 2 months – the majority of time being me read and understand all the contract stuff between us

I have no other experiance with with a mineral royalty brokers, but I cannot imagine a better one.
