This is leased and producing acreage providing an average of $605/month with upside potential in all 3 units.

Thelma Moseley Gas Unit: 

We believe the owner has 58.22 net royalty acres in this 704 acre unit.  There are 3 active wells on this property, 2 horizontal and 1 vertical, with spacing for additional future wells. This unit provides the majority of the monthly royalty income for the owner.

Cook Gas Unit: 

This unit is 666.5 acres and we believe the ownership is 24.31 net royalty acres, which includes some overlap of the Maggie Cook Unit. There are 4 producing vertical wells on this acreage with potential room for more.

Dinkle and Dinkle Deep Gas Units:

The owner has a small ownership of we believe approximately .15 net royalty acres on these units.  The units are different sizes, and the owner has slightly different NDI in each, but we believe it’s approximately .15 net royalty acres.  The owner receives royalty income from this ownership on average once a year, therefore it is not included in our representation of monthly average income.
