The owner of these mineral rights has 40 net royalty acres in Dimmit County Texas. These mineral rights are producing an average of over $5,000 with steady income. All of the production is from wells that are well past the initial decline, yet have decades of reserves making this an exceptional investment for buyers looking for fully PDP acreage.
The seller receives 2 checks each month. One check is from oil production and the other check is from gas production. On the revenue summary attached, we have this broken down as two different line items.
