We believe this owner has 54 NRA in the Gatlin Unit with 300 acre spacing. There is only 1 well in this acreage, providing excellent upside opportunity for a buyer.
There are permits in surrounding units and a rig on location a bit south of this property, situating this property in a great location for future drilling.
This owner recently sold 50% of her mineral rights in this unit. We have one royalty statement in the attached documents, showing an April payment of $298, therefore we are representing one month of royalty income instead of a monthly average.
