These mineral rights are located in an excellent location in Martin County.
We believe the owner has 1.68 NRA in the Harrell 34 unit with 80 acre spacing. There are 11 Ducs in the area that we believe are allocation wells, however 5 of the DUCs run through our client’s acreage, that we believe they have ownership in. We are attaching the acreage designation in our files showing these allocation wells.
These DUCs present immediate upside opportunity for a buyer and all income from these new DUCs will go to the buyer in this purchase.
The average income from the 2 current active wells is $189/Month.
All bids should be based upon the attached estimated NRA. If less NRA is proven in title, only the NRA proven in title would convey. Any adjustment over 10%, must be mutually agreeable.
