Here is a great opportunity to purchase property in San Augustine County.  This owner is selling 50% of his ownership in the Butler Rooney and Butler Rooney Sooners Allocation Units.  We believe 50% of his ownership is 74.15 NRA.

These units present excellent upside to a buyer in that there are only 2 wells drilled on this 666 spacing.

The owner also receives an average monthly royalty income of $662/Month for 50% of this ownership.

We believe there is some overlap in the two units, and are therefore only counting the Butler Rooney acreage in our calculations in the attached ownership estimate.

The owner previously had a lien on this property, but this has  since been released and we have provided all documents on this lien in the files.

Please note, the owner has additional property in the nearby Vandals unit, so in purchasing this property, the deed will need to be specific to the Butler Rooney and Butler Rooney Sooners Allocation Units.
