Once in a lifetime buying opportunity in Winkler County. The family that owns these mineral rights has owned them for generations! They have decided to sell to capitalize on the tax advantages of selling mineral rights and to diversify their income away from being so oil and gas heavy.
This ownership is spread out over 4 different sections and is within 2 units. There are currently two (2!) rigs on site. These rigs just recently completed drilling within one unit and have now moved onto the second unit. This listing has a little bit of everything:
