This is an excellent opportunity to buy some core Reeves county acreage. This acreage is right on the border of Loving County. It is absolutely surrounded by permit and rig activity. It is operated by Anadarko.
The owner has 20 net mineral acres leased at 25% for total of 40 net royalty acres. Note: Our ownership estimate is showing net royalty acres assuming a 12.5% lease, but the lease from 2005 shows a 25% royalty.
There is currently just 1 well drilled on 657 acre spacing so there is room for a lot of additional wells. This is an great long term PUD play that also has current cash flow. The recent cash flow has been averaging around $1,600/month.
