These non-participating royalty interests are located in Loving, Texas in a very active area next door to permits and 2 rigs running.
Our clients are siblings who each inherited 50% of their mother’s non-participating royalty interests in Loving County.
There is one active horizontal well on this acreage that is 9 years old and is within the 640 acre Camp 29-31 Unit.
Therefore there is excellent upside for future activity in this unit. Directly next door to this acreage, there are multiple permits, multiple DUC wells and two rigs running.
We believe our clients own a combined 6.31 NRA and receive an average combined monthly income of $220/Month. Note: The price per NRA is high here, but this is supported by prior offers the sellers had received prior to listing.
Note: In our files, the March, April and May check stubs show a combined NDI and the June check stub shows their individual NDI.
For this listing, we are requiring the following:

- 30 Day Close
- Any adjustment to the purchase price greater than 10% must be mutually agreeable.
- Our closing process included in the PSA, which is: At closing, buyer will provide the mineral deed. The seller will execute the mineral deed and return it to Texas Royalty Brokers. Texas Royalty Brokers will provide buyer with a scanned copy of the deed, and buyer will then wire funds to seller and Texas Royalty Brokers respectively. Once funds are confirmed, Texas Royalty Brokers will overnight the deed to the Buyer.
- Buyer must close within 14 days or sign our qualified buyer agreement.
