This owner has ownership in multiple counties including Hemphill County, TX; Tarrant County, TX and Roger Mills County, OK.   The vast majority of the ownership is in Hemphill County and we believe this owner has 537.66 NRA in Hemphill County in multiple locations.  While the seller has ownership in multiple counties, this listing is specifically for her Hemphill county ownership.  She is open to selling all of it, but to ensure we can compare offers correctly, the listing is specific to Hemphill, and any additional ownership she has would be negotiated separately.

There is steady royalty income at an average of $2,450/Month and plenty of upside potential in this ownership.  The starting bid price represents a 5.5 year pay back, but there is a substantial amount of upside potential across multiple locations.  A single new well being drilled in any location makes this investment extremely profitable.

Etheredge A Unit: We believe the owner has 96 NRA in this 640 acre unit.  There are only 4 wells in this unit with plenty of spacing for additional wells and upside potential for a buyer.

Flowers B Unit: We believe the owner has 64 NRA in this 640 acre unit.  There are only 2 wells in this unit with plenty of spacing for additional wells and upside for a buyer.

Flowers C Unit: We believe the owner has 64.48 NRA in this 644.75 acre unit. There is only 1 well in this unit, again presenting upside potential for a buyer.

Hardin 77 Unit: We believe the owner has 120.14 NRA in this 640 acre unit.  There are only 2 wells in this unit, providing ample space for additional wells and upside potential for a buyer.
