Here is an excellent opportunity to purchase mineral rights in Hockley County, Texas.  This property produces a great average combined monthly income of $9,660.

Our client is selling her individual ownership, which we believe is 58.87 NRA.  She is also the trustee for additional ownership that she selling with her acreage, which we believe is 53 NRA.  We believe these two properties have a combined total of 111.87 NRA.

There are 3 units in this property:

The Mears unit has 3 active wells on 153.7 acre spacing.

The Dragon 18 unit has 1 active well on 73.6 acre spacing.

The Arnwine 1, 3, and Arnwine-Wilson units have 4 active wells on we believe to be overlapping acreage, therefore we are only counting the Arnwine 3 unit acreage of 147.62.

Please note, there is a Certification of Trust signed May 2022 that does not list our seller, however this is an updated Certification of Trust from October of the same year that lists our seller.  Both documents are included in our files.
