This property has it all. These mineral rights are located in Loving County in a very active area with active production, permits, newly completed wells and a rig on location as of July 9th 2025.
We believe our client owns 5.32 NRA in the following units.
The Jayhawk 65 Unit and Jayhawk State 65-64 Unit overlap one another and we believe our client owns 5 NRA on 635 acres. There are 8 active wells on this acreage, ranging from 1.5 – 2 years old. These wells include the Jayhawk Allocation 66-65 and Jayhawk Reveille State Allocation wells that run through this unit and our client is in pay on these wells.
In this same acreage, there are 5 permitted Ad Hawk State 65-64 wells, one rig drilling a 6th Ad Hawk State well and 4 completed Seahawk wells. As our client is in pay on wells on both halves of A- 187, we believe he will be in pay on these new wells when they come online.
This means there will be a total of 10 new wells coming online on 5 net royalty acres. The buyer will be entitled to all income from these new wells regardless of effective date.
Further northwest in the county, our client owns .32 NRA in the 244 acre Aurora Larson 04-TTT-B-02 WF in which there are 2 horizontal wells that are just past flush.
The most recent royalty check for these mineral rights was $2,745.
For this listing, we are requiring the following:

- 30 Day Close
- Any adjustment to the purchase price greater than 10% must be mutually agreeable.
- Our closing process included in the PSA, which is: At closing, buyer will provide the mineral deed. The seller will execute the mineral deed and return it to Texas Royalty Brokers. Texas Royalty Brokers will provide buyer with a scanned copy of the deed, and buyer will then wire funds to seller and Texas Royalty Brokers respectively. Once funds are confirmed, Texas Royalty Brokers will overnight the deed to the Buyer.
- Buyer must close within 14 days or sign our qualified buyer agreement.
