This is a great opportunity to purchase a large ownership in McMullen County. This non-leased / non-producing acreage is owned by two siblings. Each sibling has 107.27 net mineral acres and they are selling the property together for a total of 214.52 net mineral acres.
The properties were previously leased in 2017 at a 25% lease royalty rate, making the ownership 429.08 net royalty acres at that time. If the property is leased again in the future at the same royalty rate, the buyer of this acreage stands to make a large portion of their money back in lease bonus.
