This ownership in Mitchell County, Texas consists acreage in a large super unit that produces consistent cash flow. In addition, there is acreage just to the south of this ownership with individual wells called the Trulock Wells.
We have a revenue summary for Winn Permian, which covers some of the Trulock wells, but there are additional Trulock wells in pay which will also convey in this sale. The seller has indicated that these adddtional Trulock wells do not produce much revenue at all and he does not have any royalty statements.
The acreage of this ownership is unknown and this deal is therefore being offered as a cash flow deal. The monthly royalties from this ownership nets the owner $748/Month.
Please note the owner has additional ownership in Howard County that is not for sale. Additionally, the only ownership in Mitchell County we are conveying for sale is the ownership listed in the Mineral Holders file attached.
