We believe the owners have a combined 121.76 net mineral acres, or 60.88 net mineral acres each.

These properties produced a combined average of $320/Month in royalty income.

These owners have properties in other locations, but are not selling those properties in this listing.  We are only listing what is conveyed below:

J. Metcalf Unit:

We believe the owners have a combined 6 net royalty acres in this unit.  There is 1 active and 1 inactive well in this 694 acre unit

Mylin Unit:
